Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Collect and analyze data on infrastructure needs and performance.
Prepare documentation for IT projects (network, data center, hardware).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for requirements and progress updates.
Create project reports, presentations, and planning schedules.
Maintain IT asset records and planning documentation.
Support vendor evaluations and procurement planning.
Stay updated on IT infrastructure trends to provide insights.
Persyaratan
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, cloud).
Experience with project management tools and concepts (e.g., Gantt charts, work breakdown structure).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Familiar with ITIL or project management methodologies.
Experience with Visio or other diagramming tools is a plus.
